Christina Taylor is an Organisational Development specialist with over 15 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management and Change Management.
Christina works with organisations in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Travel & Tourism, Financial Services, Shipping and Non-Profit sector across the globe.
As a life-long learner, Christina has a huge passion for helping organisations grow by having the right focus on their people – because people are the biggest differentiator for any organisation in today’s work environment. She considers herself to be a performance consultant and partners closely with business leaders to identify the root causes of business challenges and build tailored solutions to address them strategically and in a sustainable way.
Christina has a strong background in Learning & Development, having led a corporate learning function for many years. She's got a passion for leveraging digital technologies and helping teams succeed in a virtual environment. She combines this with strong business acumen, strategic thinking and sense of curiosity.

Christina is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), holds an Advanced Award in Organisation Development and Design (Level 7) by the CIPD, is a Certified Change Management Practitioner (PROSCI®), and certified FIRO_B Practitioner. Christina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Eastern Kentucky University. She's also a member of the Institue of Directors.
